AccessLine Communications - AccessLine Communications enables businesses to outsource key elements of their business infrastructure such as their voicemail, PBX, e-mail and other unified messaging applications. BEK Enterprises helped AccessLine create a new set of offerings. The offerings target specific markets and 'C' level executives. In addition to the new offerings, BEK Enterprises created the messages, positioning, external sales collateral and presentations as well as supporting internal sales tools. BEK Enterprises presented the new materials to the AccessLine sales force during sales training.

Echopass Corporation -Echopass is the leading provider of hosted contact interaction solutions for mid-tier enterprises, departments and branches of large enterprises and outsourcers worldwide. With a wide range of flexible inbound and outbound customer contact services, Echopass delivers rich functionality that is easy to deploy and use.

Echopass entered into a three-way partnership with salesforce.com and Genesys Laboratories. The strategy between the three companies was to leverage the Internet as a product delivery and distribution channel and deliver a completely hosted, fully integrated contact center-CRM solution that leveled the playing field for small and mid-sized businesses. BEK Enterprises managed the overall delivery of the solution — product development, messaging and positioning, marketing collateral and sales tools, sales training and product launch — across the three companies. The expected results include increased market penetration and higher revenues for all three companies within a three-month time frame

KXEN - is a global analytic software company that provides advanced analytics to be embedded in existing enterprise applications and business processes. KXEN makes cutting-edge data mining technology available to both business decision makers and data mining professionals. KXEN provides them with more accurate, timely and actionable information. Customers will have the ability to understand, predict, manage and influence through a better knowledge of the information contained in their corporate data.

Focused on growing their marketplace, KXEN wanted to update the look and feel of their web site and create a set of messages targeted at specific users and decision makers as well as key vertical markets. Led by BEK Enterprises, updated target messages were created for identified user types and verticals as well as a fresh new look to the KXEN web site that met the needs of KXEN prospects and KXEN marketing team. It is anticipated that as a result of these targeted efforts, additional qualified prospects will end up in the KXEN global sales pipeline increasing market share, sales and revenues.

Panscopic - Panscopic is a startup that provides analytic reporting for web applications, an area of growth in spite of the economic downturn. Their competitors are established business intelligence companies as well as other start-ups trying to break into the space. They brought BEK Enterprises on board to help them be market driven. Led by BEK, they held multiple "mini-focus groups" with customers, prospects, partners, and advisors to help determine the direction for the Panscopic product. BEK documented the results of each meeting and provided an overall executive summary. BEK also performed market research and competitive analysis as input for the company's two-year product roadmap and facilitated the meetings.

Xtime, Inc. - Xtime is a services automation company that provides optimized scheduling software to companies in automotive, aviation and aerospace. BEK Enterprises has provided many services to Xtime including but not limited to the creation of a product lifecycle methodology suited to their size and needs, program management, creation of a product roadmap and market requirement documents, and the development of a product glossary that documents all of the current and future product features, with corresponding definitions and other key information.
